Last Updated: April 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Async Lab LLC ("LLCFox," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal and business information when you use our website or services. We do not sell personal information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact and order information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, company name, state selection, and service details.
  • Google Sign-In information: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic account details such as your Google account email address, name, profile image, and Google account identifier for authentication and account linking.
  • Business and filing information: information needed to prepare state filings, EIN requests, compliance tasks, or mail services.
  • Verification materials: identification or supporting documents if required for a requested service, fraud review, or a legal obligation.
  • Support and account data: communications you send us, login activity, dashboard actions, and basic technical logs used to operate the service securely.
  • Payment information: card and payment credentials are processed by Stripe. LLCFox receives limited payment metadata, such as status, last four digits, card brand, and transaction identifiers, but not full card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, administer, and improve the services you request.
  • Authenticate your account, support Google Sign-In, maintain login sessions, and protect account security.
  • Prepare documents, coordinate filings, handle support requests, and route service-related communications.
  • Process payments, prevent fraud, manage disputes, and maintain internal records.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect our service, users, partners, and the public.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service or comply with law, including with:

  • Government agencies and registries: when a filing, application, or compliance task requires submission of information.
  • Service providers and partners: such as payment processors, registered agent partners, mail providers, cloud providers, and customer support tools acting on our instructions.
  • Professional and legal advisers: when necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, audits, collections, or legal compliance.
  • Business transfers: if our business is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

4. Payment Processing

Payments on this site are processed by Stripe. Stripe's collection and use of payment information are governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy notices. We use payment results and limited billing metadata to confirm orders, manage subscriptions, reduce fraud, and respond to billing questions.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

LLCFox uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site operations, including sign-in, security, checkout, session management, fraud prevention, language preferences, and performance. We do not use cookies to sell personal information.

  • Essential cookies: required for authentication, dashboard access, payment flow continuity, and security controls.
  • Preference cookies: used to remember choices such as cookie consent or interface settings.
  • Third-party services: providers such as Stripe, Google, and Cloudflare may set their own cookies or collect technical signals when their services are used.

6. Data Retention and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • We retain records for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal or tax requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
  • We may retain copies of communications, filings, and order records after account closure where required for compliance, fraud prevention, bookkeeping, or defense of claims.

7. Your Choices

  • You may request updates or corrections to inaccurate account information by contacting support.
  • You may opt out of promotional emails, but we may still send transactional, billing, security, legal, or service-required notices.
  • You may request account deletion, subject to any legal, tax, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, or dispute-retention obligations.

8. Regional Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss data protection law, CCPA/CPRA, or similar privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

To exercise privacy rights, contact support@llcfox.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, tax records, disputes, government filings, or service delivery.

9. International Use

Because we serve founders in multiple countries, your information may be processed in jurisdictions other than the one where you live. By using our services, you understand that data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws in your home country.
